Devour

Hands placed above head
ankles spread apart
blindfold over eyes
to make the world dark

sensations flooding senses
mind trapped in a whirl
will breaking down
pleasing you the ultimate joy

submission to thoughts of you
domination so sweet
feeling lips touch places
hardly ever reached

taking all that you give
while bodies intertwined
devour the soul
expand the mind

The Gap

We talk almost everyday
And even still
I feel you slipping
Farther and farther away.

You insist you aren’t
But how can you see
The gap that is widening
Ever present beneath our feet.

Confusion clouds my thoughts
Making my thinking unclear
Trying to make sense of it all
As the clouds roll steadily in

I see you my friend
In a life that is brand new
One that I have been in
And now get in intro you too.

Don’t let the gap widen
Don’t let me fall away
Just remember my friend
I am only a leap away!
